Cookies are made to order, Please allow 7-14 working days for processing your order.  If you'd like them sooner, choose express mail shipping upon checkout.
Cookies are 3-4", mini cookies 2-3". They can be left out for 3-5 days. You can freeze them for up to 3 months. Some cookies can be personalized as to name or color. Please leave instructions in the comment section.
 
In rare circumstances, cookies can arrive damaged. We pack them with the utmost care however once they leave us, we are no longer in control. Broken cookies can be refunded via the USPS or FedEx insurance programs. When loss or damage occurs, a claim must be filed with the carrier. USPS and FedEx are now providing $50 of insurance for all shipments.
