Do you have stock cookies or all of them customized?
All our cookies are made to order based on the customer's specifications. You choose the color, shape, design, optional text, or give us a picture to replicate and we will create it for you (custom cutters are available for a minimum fee).

We use premium quality ingredients purchased from local suppliers whenever possible.
How much advance notice do you need for an order?
Generally, we require two weeks advance time for most orders. However, we can usually accommodate rush orders in the event of a time crunch. Email us with specific inquiries.
How long after I receive the cookies can I expect them to remain fresh?
Our cookies have a shelf life of 2 months as long as they are kept at room temperature in their original packaging or in an airtight container. After 2 months we recommend freezing them. When thawing them for use, allow them to thaw thoroughly before you handle them or they can smudge.
Do you have a minimum order?
Our minimum order is 1 dozen, 1 dozen per design.
Do your cookies come in different sizes? Standard cookies are 3 to 4 inches and mini cookies are 2 to 3 inches, however some are larger depending upon the style.
How are the cookies packaged?
All our cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed in a clear cellophane bag, and placed in a baker's box with tissue. We add bubble wrap to each individual cookie if the cookies are being shipped. Elegant gift wrapping is available upon request.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground. We are located in San Diego, CA.
